Cotton Traders was established 20 years ago by two ex England rugby stars - selling rugby shirts to the public by catalogue. The business growth since then has been phenomenal and the brand is now an established household name, selling good quality and affordable clothing to the British public.
Hello was awarded the brief to redevelop the Cotton Traders identity, to bring the brand up to date for the rapidly changing market and an emerging online consumer. The challenge was to take the brand and update it without losing any of its original heritage and values.
We worked closely with our client and paid meticulous attention to the roll out of the work, ensuring the logo translated successfully in all garments as well as all offline and online collateral. We developed new brand guidelines for the client to ensure that use of the brand adhered to the new principals across all onward communications. The project was a fantastic success and the launch enabled Cotton Traders to capture a new online audience and customer base.
