Littlewoods made its first foray into Europe during summer 2009 with the launch of its site in France, Spain, Portugal and Germany. With the business now delivering big brands to homes abroad they required a way to inform the opportunity love to hear what their customers thought of their products service.
Working with Littlewoods’ brand guidelines, Hello successfully designed and developed a blog to offer customers the opportunity to add their opinions and questions whilst also being able to take part in online polls and competitions, view latest additions to the online catalogue and shop online.
The website has a full bespoke content management system that enables the client to edit and update relevant elements of the website.
