Evolving existing branding & representing it digitally.
Simply Mail Solutions were in need of a website refresh and also wished to improve the user experience.
We started by wireframing and agreeing on the new structure, user journey, and content. We also improved the SMS brand by injecting new colourways, identifying and illustrating suitable characters in-house and even agreed on a subtle logo enhancement.
With the proposal signed off, we were able to create a prototype using key pages from the new site structure. These pages we built for mobile and desktop which enables us to further check the user journey and make any changes before going to build.
In parallel, we also worked on improving the platform crossover from their refreshed site to their chosen cart system WHMCS.
With a limited budget, we managed to remove default product data and keep only the chosen product visible which improved the user experience tenfold. We also pulled over the new styling on the cart and checkout to further enhance the user experience.
The end result is a beautiful, clean site on budget and on time.
